Welcome to Brahmin Roots. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Brahmin Roots mobile application and website (the "Service"), provided by Hyperneural Technologies LLP("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into a binding contract to use Brahmin Roots. The Service is intended for the Brahmin community to find life partners for marriage. You represent that you are looking for a genuine matrimonial relationship.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (OTP and mobile number) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Brahmin Roots offers premium features through a recurring monthly subscription model based on your marital status:

• First Marriage seekers: ₹399/month
• Remarriage / Second Marriage seekers: ₹999/month

Subscriptions automatically renew each month at the specified price until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through the in-app settings or store settings, and you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. Payments are processed through secure payment gateways.

5. User Content & Conduct

You are solely responsible for the information, photos, and videos you post. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Post offensive, abusive, or sexually explicit content.
• Harass or stalk other members.
• Use the Service for any commercial or illegal purpose.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your conduct is harmful to the community.

7. Disclaimers

Brahmin Roots is a platform for discovery. We do not guarantee a successful match or verify the absolute truth of every user-provided detail. We recommend conducting your own background checks before entering into a matrimonial commitment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka.
