Refund Policy

Thank you for using Brahmin Roots. This Refund Policy applies to the one-time access fees paid to Hyperneural Technologies LLP for the Brahmin Roots platform.
1. No Refunds
Brahmin Roots is a digital service where access is granted immediately upon successful payment. Because the primary value of the Service (access to the curated community and discovery platform) is delivered at the moment of activation, all payments are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds if you do not find a match, if you change your mind, or if your account is terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
2. Double Payments
If you have been charged twice for the same account due to a technical error at the payment gateway, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction at hello@brahminroots.com with the payment IDs. We will verify the claim and process a refund for the duplicate transaction within 7-10 business days.
3. Payment Failures
In case of a failed transaction where the amount is deducted from your bank but not updated on Brahmin Roots, the amount is usually refunded automatically by your bank or the payment gateway within 3-5 working days. If it persists, please reach out to us.
4. Cancellations
Since we do not charge recurring subscription fees, there is no need to "cancel" a subscription. Your one-time payment gives you access for the life of the platform or until you choose to delete your account.
