Account Deletion

We are sorry to see you go. At Brahmin Roots, we respect your right to be forgotten. You can delete your account and all associated data either through the mobile app or via this web request form.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Brahmin Roots app:

  1. Open the Brahmin Roots app.
  2. Go to your Profile tab.
  3. Tap on Settings (gear icon).
  4. Scroll to the bottom and select Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. Your data will be immediately hidden and permanently purged within 30 days.

Option 2: Web Request Form

If you no longer have the app installed, please provide the details below. Our team will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 business days.

Note: Deleting your account is permanent. This will erase your profile, matches, messages, and photos. This action cannot be undone.

What happens to my data?

When you delete your account, we remove your profile from the public search immediately. Within 30 days, we permanently purge your personal identifiers, photos, videos, and chat history from our production databases. We may retain certain transaction data for legal and tax compliance as required by Indian law.
