1. Nothing is shipped

Brahmin Roots is a digital service. There are no physical goods, no dispatch, no courier and no delivery address. This page exists because payment providers ask every merchant for a delivery policy.

2. When your access starts

Membership is activated immediately once your payment is confirmed — normally within seconds. If a payment succeeds at your bank but your membership has not activated within a few minutes, write to hello@brahminroots.com with the payment reference and we will resolve it.

3. What you get

Access to the Brahmin Roots app for the period you have paid for. The full list is on our pricing page. Your access continues until the end of the period you paid for, even if you cancel — see Cancellation & Refunds.

4. Where the service is available

Brahmin Roots is available in India. Membership is sold in Indian Rupees and prices include GST.
